(WTDS) is committed to providing secure and reliable products and services to our customers. 3. Reporting Vulnerabilities
WTDS encourages responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability in any WTDS product or service, please report it to us using the following methods:

4. Vulnerability Classification
WTDS will categorize and prioritize vulnerabilities based on their severity and impact. Our classification system is as follows:
- Critical: Vulnerabilities that can be exploited to gain unauthorized access to sensitive data or systems, or to disrupt critical operations.
- High: Vulnerabilities that can be exploited to gain unauthorized access to non-sensitive data or systems, or to disrupt non-critical operations.
- Medium: Vulnerabilities that can be exploited to gain unauthorized access to non-sensitive data or systems, but do not pose a significant risk to critical operations.
- Low: Vulnerabilities that are cosmetic or do not pose a significant risk to security.
5. Disclosure Timeline
WTDS will respond to all vulnerability reports within 24 hours of receipt. We will provide a preliminary assessment of the vulnerability and outline our plan for remediation. Our team will work closely with the reporter to gather additional information and ensure that the vulnerability is properly addressed.
6. Remediation
WTDS will remediate vulnerabilities in a timely and efficient manner. Our remediation process includes:
- Patch development: Our development team will develop and test patches for vulnerabilities.
- Deployment: Our deployment team will deploy patches to affected systems and services.
- Verification: Our quality assurance team will verify that the vulnerability has been properly addressed.
7. Communication
WTDS will communicate with reporters throughout the remediation process. We will provide regular updates on the status of the vulnerability and will notify reporters when the issue has been resolved.
8. Post-Disclosure
After a vulnerability has been disclosed, WTDS will:

11. Changes to this Policy
WTDS reserves the right to modify this VDP at any time. We will notify reporters of any changes to the policy and will provide a revised version of the policy on our website.
12. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By reporting a vulnerability to WTDS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this VDP and agree to its terms. You also acknowledge that you have provided accurate and complete information in your vulnerability report.
13. Review and Update Procedures
WTDS will review and update this VDP on a regular basis to ensure that it remains effective and relevant. We will also update the policy to reflect changes in our products and services, as well as changes in industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
